Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with a little olive oil.

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and onion powder.

Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the pork chops.

Place pork chops in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
