Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
