  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh)

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
