Blueberry Almond Muffins
Delicious blueberry almond muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the blueberries and sliced almonds.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
