Ingredients

  • Custard powder
  • milk
  • apple
  • pineapple
  • sugar
  • almonds

Instructions

    Rinse the fruits thoroughly and chill them in the fridge

    Soak the almond in warm water

    Boil a liter of milk in a pan on low flame

    Keep stirring continuously so that the milk does not stick to the pan

    Add 1 ½ cup sugar and stir till it dissolves

    Peel soaked almonds, cut them into small pieces and add them to the boiling milk

    Take half a cup of cold milk in a bowl, add custard powder in it and mix it well to avoid any lumps

    Pour the mixture into boiling milk and stir continuously to prevent lumps

    Cook the custard on low flame until it turns thick

    Switch off the flame and let it cool down at room temperature
