  • 1 cup poha (flattened rice/ beaten rice)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoon rava (semolina)
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
  • 2-3 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as needed

    How to make Dough for Poha Cutlet 1. Take 1 cup of poha in a mixing bowl.
