Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of Black paper powder
  • Oregano (optional)

Instructions

    In a mixer jar takes ½ cup of milk. Add 1 tsp vinegar

    Add ¼ tsp sugar

  3. 3

    Now add salt to test and mix all the ingredients

    Add ½ cup of oil in this mixture, and blend it for 2-3 minutes or blend until oil and milk combine

    Switch off the mixer and add leftover ½ cup oil in the jar and blend until the mixture gets thick and fluffy

    Once the mayonnaise gets thicken add a pinch of black paper powder and oregano (optional) for flavor. And blend more for a minute. ( You can use mayonnaise at this stage also)

    Lastly, transfer mayonnaise in bowl and place in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours or overnight for thicker and fluffy mayonnaise. Now our mayonnaise is ready to use.
