Caesar Salad

This classic Caesar salad is easy to make. I decided to serve it with grilled chicken, but feel free to serve it without it.
15 min6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste ((optional))
- 2 large heads romaine lettuce ((roughly chopped))
- 2 cups grilled chicken ((sliced))
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup parmesan
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk until combined. You can store the dressing in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to five days.

To make a salad, grab a large bowl. Add the chopped romaine lettuce and toss with some of the dressing (use a little at first, then add more to taste, depending on how much salad you're making). Transfer to a plate, sprinkle on croutons and parmesan, and serve with grilled chicken.
