Cut the carrot into cubes/slices. Cut the cabbage leaves into pieces and the belimbing into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the serai, the lengkuas and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and fry them until they change color. Then add the water and bring to a boil.Then add the beans, the long beans, the cabbage leaves, the belimbing, the eggs and the asam water and cook until done. serve.
