  • 250 g di zucchero
  • 300 g di farina
  • 4 uova
  • 1 tazzina di liquore Strega
  • 1 bicchiere di olio
  • 1/2 bicchiere di latte
  • 1 bustina di lievito per dolci
  • Zucchero a velo a piacere

    Iniziate la preparazione del ciambellone allo Strega dividendo gli albumi dai tuorli e ponendoli in due recipienti diversi.

    Montate a neve gli albumi, aiutandovi con le fruste elettriche, fino a formare un composto abbastanza sodo.

    In un’altra ciotola montate i tuorli e lo zucchero, insieme all’olio che verserete a filo, incorporandolo pian piano.

    Aggiungete poi il grande protagonista di questa ricetta: il liquore Strega. Continuate a mescolare con una spatola in silicone fino a che il composto non sarà liscio e omogeneo.

    In una ciotolina, sciogliete il lievito nel latte, facendolo amalgamare per bene con un cucchiaino da caffè.
