Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms (or 1 6oz can, drained)
- 10 1/2 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

In large skillet, over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain off grease.

In same skillet, over medium heat, melt butter then saute onion and garlic.

Add mushrooms, flour, salt, and pepper.

Cook a few more minutes, then add soup. Simmer, uncovered, approximately 10 minutes.

Mix in sour cream. Continue cooking until cream is cooked through.

Serve with choice of noodles or rice. (Egg noodles is a great, hearty noodle for this meal!)
