📝 Ingredients

  • 1 center-slice smoked ham (fully cooked)
  • 1 small cabbage (chopped coarsely)
  • 3 medium cooking apples (washed cored and cut into wedges)
  • 1/4 Cup butter
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Over a medium heat, in an extra-large skillet, melt butter then add salt and cabbage.
  2. 2Mix together and cook until cabbage is tender but still crisp. Approximately 5 minutes.
  3. 3In a 9x13 baking pan, place cabbage on bottom and then line ham slices over top.
  4. 4Place apple slices into the ham and cabbage.
  5. 5Drizzle maple syrup over everything.
  6. 6Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350°F degrees.
  7. 7Ham should be at 145°F and apples should be tender.
