Hot Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 Cup milk
• 1/2 Cup Win Schuler's Bar-Scheeze* (Pub Cheese)
• 3/4 Cup cooked crab meat
• 1/8 Cup dry white wine

   Over medium heat, melt buter

   Stir in the flour

   Add milk, stir until thick

   Add cheese, wine, and crab meat

   Stir together until well combined

   Serve with your choice of cut vegetalbes, crackers, or bread
