Classic recipe for Deviled eggs. Hard boiled eggs half and the yolk mixed with a combination of mayo, mustard, salt and pepper then sprinkled with paprika on top. Enjoy the many filling ideas and variations for the traditional eggs.

📝 Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp ground paprika
  • salt & pepper, to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1In a pot, add 6 eggs and cover the eggs with cold water and bring to a boil. Cook ten minutes.
  2. 2Remove the eggs and add into a bowl of cold water and ice.
  3. 3Once eggs are cool, peel the eggs and cut in half. Add the egg yolks into a bowl.
  4. 4Add mayo, dijon, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper to the egg yolks and mix until creamy.
  5. 5Add the mixture to a piping bag or bag with a corner cut and pipe the mixture into the center of the egg whites.
  6. 6Top with desired toppings and serve on a egg platter.
  7. 7Enjoy!
