Air Fryer Acorn Squash roasts up caramelized and tender in about 20 minutes. Just cut it, season with cinnamon, and let the air fryer do the work.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Wash the squash and dry it.
  2. 2Use a large, sharp knife to cut it in half.
  3. 3Scoop out all the seeds and insides using a spoon. You can leave it in halves or cut it into wedges if you prefer.
