Instant Pot Carne Asada is an easy weeknight meal made in the pressure cooker with tender and juicy skirt steak and a homemade marinade.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 pound skirt or flap steak
  • Tortillas
  • Limes
  • Cotija cheese
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Diced red onion
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 chipotle pepper (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2Place the beef in a ziplock bag and add the marinade. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
