Sausage Kale Pasta
Sausage kale pasta is a super creamy and quick pasta dish that you can have on the table in just 30 minutes. With crispy bits of Italian sausage, crisp kale and a smooth sauce, this is a meal that you’ll want to eat on repeat!

- 1 lb (450 g) Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) dry white wine
- 2 1/2 cups (100 g) black kale (cavolo nero)
- 1 cup (200 ml) half and half (single cream)
- 1/3 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
