- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup (300 g) long-grain rice
- 1 1/2 cup (350 ml) chicken stock
- 1/2 lb (225 g) cooked prawns
- 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 2-3 spring onions, sliced (for garnishing, optional)
