Lemon Butter Salmon Pasta
This lemon butter salmon pasta is packed with flavor and incredibly easy to make! It has a lush sauce made with lemon, butter and garlic and delicious pieces of smoked salmon for the perfect weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (40 g) unsalted butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves, grated or minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 3.5 oz (100 g) smoked salmon
- A handful fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
