Watermelon Lemonade

Watermelon Lemonade is a refreshing spin on the traditional summer favorite. Just pop the ingredients into your blender and puree, strain and pour over ice. Sip and repeat.
Ingredients
- 1 pound seedless watermelon (cubed)
- 1 cup lemon juice (more or less to taste)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (more or less to taste)
- 6 cups cold water
- 8 sprigs fresh mint (for serving)
Instructions
- 1
Into an 8 cup blender, add the watermelon, lemon juice, powdered sugar and water.
- 2
Secure the lid and process until smooth.
- 3
Set a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl (if chilling first) and strain the watermelon lemonade. This will catch any unwanted pulp.
- 4
Taste and adjust to your preference. i.e more lemon juice for tartness or more sugar for sweetness.
- 5
Chill until ready to serve or pour into a serving pitcher.
- 6
Fill glasses to the top with ice and pour the watermelon lemonade over top. Serve with a sprig of mint.
