A crave-able, super simple and satisfying side dish that is packed with flavor. Just a few simple ingredients and it's ready in under 10 minutes to perfectly complement any grilled main course.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccolini ((ends trimmed))
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Diamond kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ((optional))
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 2 Tbsp shaved Parmesan cheese

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Prep & Heat: Preheat your grill to medium heat. If possible, set up a two-zone setup.
  2. 2Season the Broccolini: Toss broccolini on a sheet pan with olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes (optional). Use tongs or your hands to toss and coat evenly.
  3. 3Grill Strategically: Place broccolini on the grill with stalks over the direct heat and the crowns of the broccolini on the cooler side. Place the lemon halves furthest from the heat on the grill
  4. 4Cook to Tender-Crisp: Grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs, until tender-crisp.
  5. 5Flavor Boost: Remove broccolini from the grill and transfer to a platter. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and a touch of flaky salt (optional). Add more red pepper flakes for an extra kick (optional).
  6. 6Serve & Enjoy! Serve immediately for the best texture, but it's also delicious cold.
