📝 Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb pork ; boneless pork loin
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (dark soy sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic finely sliced

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat some oil over medium heat, add the sliced pork, and cook until color changes to lightly brown.
  2. 2Add ginger and garlic. Saute for 2 mins.
