📝 Ingredients

  • 3 cups left over rice
  • 0.3 lb pork belly cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup frozen vegetables
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp any vegetable oil or pork belly fat oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat the large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork belly pieces and cook until browned and crispy.
  2. 2Remove the pork belly from the skillet and set it aside in a bowl. Remove the fat and set it aside.
  3. 3In the same skillet, add the oil or pork belly fat. Add chopped garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly brown.
  4. 4Add the chopped onion and cook until it's translucent.
  5. 5Then add frozen vegetables to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. 6Add the leftover rice and cook until heated through and everything is well combined.
