  • 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • Optional: Zest of 1 lemon
