📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 fresh turkey breast (6-8 lbs, thawed or partially thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • fresh rosemary for garnish (Optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1FIRST STEP: Pressure Cook Turkey Breast
  2. 2Place the roasting rack in the pressure cooker insert and add 1 cup of water.
  3. 3Place the turkey on the rack.
  4. 4Put the pressure cooker lid on and seal shut.
  5. 5Close the pressure release valve.
  6. 6Pressure cook on high, for 40 minutes.
  7. 7When cooking cycle is complete, naturally release for 10 minutes and then quick release pressure.
  8. 8SECOND STEP: Air Fry Turkey Breast Skin
  9. 9Carefully open the instant pot and brush the turkey with melted butter.
  10. 10Mix seasonings together and sprinkle on top of the butter.
  11. 11Place the air fryer lid onto the Foodi and air crisp the turkey at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  12. 12When cooking is complete, open the Foodi and carefully remove the turkey breast by lifting the rack.
  13. 13Let rest for 5 minutes before carving and serving.
