📝 Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 Pounds chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/4 Cup (1/2 Stick) butter (melted)
  • 1 Box stuffing mix (I used Stove Top’s savory herbs stuffing, 6 Ounce box)
  • 1 onion (small, diced)
  • 1 Can condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup (10 1/2 Ounce can)
  • 1 1/2 Cups chicken broth
  • 8 Ounces sour cream
  • 2 Stalks celery (diced)
  • fresh parsley (for garnish (optional))

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Add the chicken thighs to your crockpot.
  2. 2combine: In a large bowl, combine the soup, broth and sour cream.
  3. 3pour: Stir to mix and then pour over the chicken thighs.
  4. 4combine: In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix, onion, celery, and melted butter.
  5. 5Stir until evenly coated with butter and then spread evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
