📝 Ingredients

  • 160 g canned tuna (net weight 100 g).
  • 3 Tbsp yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 small red onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • butter , soft

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Take the butter out of the fridge
  2. 2Boil the egg for 4 minutes and then rinse with cold water.
  3. 3Meanwhile wash the celery stick and cut into small cubes.
  4. 4Also cut the onion into small cubes
  5. 5Drain the tuna and place in a bowl. Add the celery and onion and generously season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6Peel the egg, cut into small pieces and add to the tuna.
  7. 7Add mayonnaise and yoghurt and stir well
  8. 8Cut the cheese into thin slices
  9. 9Place pan on stove and set over medium heat
  10. 10Butter the OUTSIDE of the bread
  11. 11Then on the side without butter put cheese first, then tuna stuffing, then cheese again.
  12. 12Place second slice of bread (again with butter on the outside) on the bread. Repeat until all sandwiches are done.
  13. 13Place sandwiches (butter side down) in hot pan.
  14. 14After about 1-2 minutes turn carefully so that the top (also with butter) is now seared
  15. 15Fry again for about 1-2 minutes.
  16. 16Flip again to toast both sides of the sandwich.
  17. 17Arrange on a plate and enjoy
