Omelettes are quick, delicious, and require only a few ingredients. Making them in an air fryer becomes even easier, great for busy mornings, crammed lunch times, or whenever you need to whip up something with your fridge leftovers.
📝 Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 25 g gouda cheese, grated
- 50 ml Arla Cravendale Semi-skimmed Milk
- 1/4 tsp sea salt flakes
- olive oil cooking spray
- smoked salmon, to serve (optional)
- young spinach, wilted, to serve (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Whisk the eggs, cheese, milk and salt with some freshly ground black pepper in a bowl.
- 2Spray an air fryer pan with the olive oil spray, or line the air fryer with baking paper . Add the egg mixture.
- 3Fry the omelette for 6-7 minutes at 180°C. Serve topped with salmon, spinach and a grind of black pepper, if liked.
