📝 Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds chicken breast
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cup cornstarch
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 4 Cups vegetable oil (for frying)
