Coconut ladoo with condensed milk, an easiest Diwali sweet recipe of all, prepared under 15 minutes.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1/2 tin Condensed milk (Milkmaid - 145 ml approx)
  • 2 & 1/2 cups Desiccated coconut (Divided)
  • Ghee (For greasing)
  • 2 tbsp Milk powder (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Firstly, in a non-stick pan or heavy bottomed pan, add condensed milk.
  2. 2Secondly, add 2 cups desiccated coconut, milk powder if using.
  3. 3After that, heat over medium flame and stir for 4 - 5 minutes.
  4. 4Then the mixture turns non sticky and becomes a mass.
  5. 5Switch off the flame and let it become warm. In a plate place the remaining grated coconut.
  6. 6Make equal sized balls out of the mixture and place it over the coconut.
  7. 7Then roll these ladoos over the grated coconut. Grease your hands with ghee each time while rolling.
  8. 8I arranged the ladoos in the mini muffin liners. Its perfect for serving as well as gift packing.
