An easy and flavorful Indo-Chinese appetizer featuring tender marinated chicken pieces that are cooked, lightly coated in flour, and fried to perfection.

📝 Ingredients

  • 250 gms Boneless chicken (cut in small pieces)
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 3/4 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Chili powder -
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Plain flour
  • Oil (I used Sunflower oil)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients listed from ginger garlic paste to salt.
  2. 2Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. 3Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the chicken covered, without using any water.
  4. 4Once the chicken is done, keep it aside to cool a little.
  5. 5Sprinkle the flour on the cooked chicken pieces and deep fry it.
  6. 6Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
