- 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar

- 1 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- 1/3 cup cilantro (chopped)
