Burrata and Prosciutto is a classic pairing to make an Italian Charcuterie or Grazing Board. Creamy Burrata cheese served with thinly sliced Prosciutto served as an appetizer, for a dinner party or just a light meal with a glass of wine. Plus with so many garnish ideas, this will be the hit of your party.

- 2 Burrata Cheese
- Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- Sliced Italian Bread or Baguette
- Grissini Sticks
- Figs
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Marinated Mushrooms
- Fresh Basil
- Pistachios
- Olive Oil
- Coarse Black Pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Prepare Ingredients - remove Burrata from fridge for about 15 minutes to bring to room temperature. Slice bread into small slices. Drain Pickled Vegetables or Marinated Mushrooms from jar.
- 2Assemble - place Burrata Cheese in the centre of the platter. Loosely drape sliced Prosciutto on the board in a visually appealing manner. Arrange bread and Grissini sticks.
- 3Garnish - place Figs, Cherry Tomatoes, Marinated Mushrooms. Scatter Fresh Basil and Pistachios around the platter.
- 4Serve - add a cheese knife to cut the Burrata, and add optional Arugula salad.
