Old-Fashioned Giblet Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 sack of giblets from one turkey (heart, liver, gizzard, and neck)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper (to taste)
- 8 cups dry bread cubes
- 1 cup chicken broth (more if needed to moisten)

Finely chop the turkey giblets into small pieces.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the giblets for 2 minutes.
