Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs

These Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and bursting with flavor! The crockpot does all the heavy lifting, and a quick finish in the oven makes them caramelized and finger-licking delicious. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a lazy weekend feast, just set it and forget it!
Ingredients
- 3 lbs baby back ribs (trimmed)
- 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 18 oz BBQ sauce (1 bottle)

Season both sides of the ribs with salt and black pepper.

Pour ½ cup water into your slow cooker.

Place the ribs into the slow cooker. Lay sliced onions and minced garlic on top.

Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours until ribs are tender.

When the ribs are almost done, preheat oven to 375°F.

Carefully transfer the cooked ribs onto a baking sheet. Discard the onions and garlic.

Generously brush the ribs with BBQ sauce on both sides.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and sticky.
