It only takes 5 ingredients to make this healthy supper for two. Delicate sea bass fillets are steamed with ginger, garlic and orange then finished with coriander. Serve with a big bowl of wilted greens for a low-fat dinner.

📝 Ingredients

  • oil
  • 2 sea bass or bream fillets
  • 2 slices root ginger finely shredded
  • 1 clove garlic sliced
  • 1 orange zested and juiced
  • a handful coriander

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Lightly oil a piece of baking parchment the size of a dinner plate.
  2. 2Put the fish fillet skin-side down in the centre and scatter over some ginger, garlic, orange zest and orange juice.
  3. 3Put in a steamer basket (it doesn’t matter if the parcel flips up a bit at the edges), cover with the lid and steam for 5 minutes, more if the fish is big.
  4. 4Serve with coriander scattered over.
