This sweet and tangy honey-glazed ham is a total showstopper! Coated with a sticky glaze made from brown sugar, honey, pineapple juice, and Dijon mustard, it’s bursting with flavor in every bite. Perfect for holidays or Sunday dinner, this ham is baked until beautifully caramelized on the outside and juicy on the inside—absolutely irresistible!

📝 Ingredients

  • 10 lb fully cooked bone-in ham
  • 1 1/4 cups packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup honey (plus extra to taste)
  • 1/3 large orange (zest and juice)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional, to taste)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place the ham on a rack inside a roasting pan.
  2. 2Bake uncovered for 2 hours.
  3. 3While the ham is baking, make the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, and honey.
  4. 4Zest the orange into the pan, then squeeze in its juice. Add Dijon mustard and ground cloves.
  5. 5Heat over medium-high until the glaze starts to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. 6Taste and adjust the glaze. Add lemon juice if you want more tang, or more honey for extra sweetness.
  7. 7After 2 hours, remove ham from the oven. Brush the glaze over the ham generously.
  8. 8Return to the oven and bake for 30 to 45 more minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes.
  9. 9Once the ham is golden and caramelized, remove from oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
