Imagine pork tenderloin infused with a rich garlic herb butter...an easy weeknight meal and fantastic main course. Leftovers work well in our Pork Fried Rice recipe.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. 2Combine Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, chives, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl. Pat pork dry with paper towels. Rub butter mixture all over pork. Place tenderloins on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. 3Roast 20-25 minutes or until pork is lightly browned and internal temperature of pork reaches 145°F. Let pork rest 5 minutes. Slice pork; transfer to serving platter. Pour butter sauce from pan over top of pork.
