📝 Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon unseasoned rice vinegar (I use this brand)
- 1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce (I use this brand)
- 1 teaspoon chili paste (I used this brand)
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons granular sweetener (I use this brand) code peace for 15% off
- salt, to taste
- toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- crispy garlic chili oil, optional for garnish

- 1Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise, and then slice into half moons.
- 2Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to mix.
