📝 Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet Potato
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Broccoli (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400℉ or 200℃. Rub the potatoes with olive oil then place them to a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour or until fork tender. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  2. 2Cut broccoli into bite size and set aside. Once cooled, cut potato half lengthwise and scoop out the potato leaving ¼ inch around the skin.
  3. 3Mash the potato with a fork then combine it with butter, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, mix well.
  4. 4Add boiled broccoli and 1⅔ cup cheddar cheese then mix together. Scoop the potato mixture into a potato skin then top each potato with remaining cheddar cheese. Return the potato to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately, enjoy!
