Spinach Cheese Puff Triangle

Ingredients
- 2 sheet Puff Pastry
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 Onion (slices)
- Spinach (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Grated lemon zest
- 3 1/2 oz Cream cheese
- 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Mushroom powder
- pinch of Salt and Pepper
- pinch of Nutmeg
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tbsp Milk

Preheat the oven to 356oF, then prepare a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.

Heat the butter in a medium pan over medium heat, saute onion and minced garlic until soft and translucent

Add spinach, and cook until the excess liquid is evaporated. let cool for 2-3 minutes

In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and egg until soft. then add chopped parsley and grated lemon zest. stir together and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Mix cheese mixture into spinach until well combined

Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 squares, then divide the spinach mixture filling in the center of the square and press the filling with the spoon to spread it a little on the dough.

Fold the other side of the dough over the filling to make a triangle, pressing down gently to seal the edge with a fork

Put in a baking tray then brush the top with some of the egg wash. then sprinkle with black sesame seed

Bake for about 15, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed. Enjoy!
