Garlic Potato Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Potato (cut into several pieces)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 8 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Grated cheese
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Mushroom Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Mozzarella cheese, (dice cutting)
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumb

Instructions

    Prepare a pot filled with water and bring it to a boil. Add potato pieces and a pinch of salt. Boil until the potatoes are tender. Once cooked, remove and drain.

    Prepare a medium-sized bowl, add the boiled potatoes, and mash until smooth. Add crushed garlic, cornstarch, grated cheese, 1 egg, mushroom powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

    Shape the mixture into small round balls resembling balls, and continue until all the mixture is used.

    Place in the freezer and let it chill for about 30 minutes until the mixture is firm enough.

    Once firm, remove from the freezer and dip into beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until all surfaces are covered.

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the potato balls until golden brown.

    Serve with your favorite sauce.
