Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream ((substitute: Greek yogurt))
  • 2 whole Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce (- plus 1 tablespoons of adobo sauce (SEE NOTES))
  • 1 TBS Ranch Seasoning mix
  • 1 TBS Honey
  • 1 1/2 TBS Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder ((substitute: 1 garlic clove, peeled))
  • 2 TBS Fresh Cilantro (- finely chopped)
  • To taste Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

    Blend Chipotle Dressing Ingredients: To a food processor or high-speed blender, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, ranch seasoning, honey, lime juice, and ground garlic. Season with ½ teaspoon kosher salt and scant ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Cover the processor or blender and puree until completely smooth, stopping and using a rubber spatula to scrape the bowl once.

    Stir in Cilantro: Uncover the machine and stir the fresh cilantro into the chipotle dressing.
