Use your air fryer to make crispy, juicy, Parmesan breaded Air Fryer Pork Chops in about 20 minutes!
📝 Ingredients
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 2Trim any excess fat off your pork chops. Sprinkle both sides generously with Kosher salt and black pepper.
- 3Add the flour to one bowl, the egg to another, and the Panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, and oregano to a third bowl. Lightly beat the eggs and stir together the Panko mixture.
- 4Dip both sides of the pork chops first in the flour, then the egg, then the panko mixture. Lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- 5Place them in the air fryer, as many as will fit without touching. Fry for 7 minutes then flip. Fry an additional 6 minutes or until an instant read thermometer registers 140-145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 6Let meat rest for 3 minutes before serving
