Gluten-Free Donut Holes

Gluten-Free Donut Holes that are rich, chocolaty, and perfectly tender. You may never go back to store-bought gluten-free donut holes again.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- vegetable oil for frying
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk (use vegan sour cream and dairy-free milk to make these dairy-free)

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stir with a spoon until combined. Dough will be thick and sticky. Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper, and with cocoa-floured hands, roll dough into balls 11/2 to 2-inches in thickness.
