Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 coriander root (finely chopped)
  • black pepper (add to taste)
  • 8 oz pork (sliced thinly)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rosdee seasoning powder
  • 1/2 tbsp white sugar

    Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, coriander root, and black pepper. Stir-fry until fragrant and lightly golden.
