Chocolate Buttercream

Our chocolate buttercream recipe is simple to follow resulting in a rich, creamy, and delicious frosting. Whether you're making a birthday cake or just want to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is the easiest chocolate buttercream you'll ever try and it tastes great too! Keep it easy by spreading with a spoon, or get fancy with the piping using a pipping bag and nozzle.
Ingredients
- 30 g butter
- 130 g icing sugar
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions

Cream 30 g butter until soft and fluffy.

Sieve: Add 130 g icing sugar and sift in 15 g cocoa powder

Milk: Add 1 tbsp milk at a time if needed to make the right consistency.

Remove: Once well combined remove from stand mixer.

Texture: It should be thick enough to not fall of the spatula

Pipe: Keep in the fridge until ready to pipe or spoon onto cakes.
