  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage (1/2 small head)
  • 2 medium apples (cut into matchsticks)
  • 1 fennel bulb (halved, cored and thinly sliced; optional)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 2 green onions (sliced thinly on the bias)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or your favorite dried fruit)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
  • homemade coleslaw dressing (or your favorite store bought brand)

Instructions
