- 200 grams Brie (wheel)
- 200 grams Medium Cheddar
- 150 grams Stilton
- 100 grams Smoked Applewood Cheese
- 100 grams Wensleydale with Cranberries
- 100 grams Red Leicester (Vintage)
- 150 grams Boursin
- 150 grams Goats Cheese (Chevre log)
- 100 grams Extra Mature Cheddar
- 100 grams Mini Mozzarella Balls
- 4 Figs
- Bunch Red Grapes
- Bunch Green Grapes
- 8 Dried Apricots
- Handful Pistachio
- Assorted Crackers (We used ritz, water crackers and oatcakes.)
- 1/2 Pack Hovis Digestives
- 70 grams Mini Pretzels
- 2 tbsp Branston Pickle
- 2 tbsp Chilli Jam
- Handful Cornichons
- Handful Olives
- Handful Sundried Tomatoes
- Handful Pickled Onions
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce (To pour over Boursin)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Cheese Board: Begin by choosing a cheese board or slate to use for your grazing platter. Make sure it is big enough to fit all the cheeses on with space between them.
- 2Slice the first few slices of your medium cheddar, applewood smoked cheese, brie and goat's cheese. Add them to the board.*The cheeses included here are what we used, see the blog post for help choosing.
- 3Cube: Cut the extra mature cheddar and red leicester into cubes.
- 4Crumble: The Stilton and Wensleydale are easier to crumble with a fork.
- 5Crackers: Place different crackers, biscuits and pretzels around the cheeses.
- 6Fill empty gaps between the cheese and biscuits with the remaining ingredients.
- 7Boursin: Pour sweet chilli sauce over the Boursin cheese.
- 8Chutney: Transfer chutney and pickle into small dishes to add to the platter.
- 9Serve: Ready to serve.
