Strawberry Fluff is a no-bake dessert made with Cool Whip, cream cheese, Jell-O, pineapple, and strawberries. It's the best make-ahead treat for hot summer nights

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 (3-ounce) box strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (5.1 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip, (thawed)
  • 2 cups, plus more for garnish strawberries, (chopped)
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, (drained)
  • 5 ounces mini marshmallows

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1In a large mixing bowl, stir together Jello mix (3 ounces) and hot water (1 cup) until Jello is completely dissolved. Pour in the cold water (1/2 cup) and stir to combine then place in the fridge to cool, for about 15 minutes.
  2. 2Remove the Jello from the fridge and pour in the vanilla pudding mix (dry) (5.1 ounces) and use a whisk to completely combine. Return the bowl to the fridge to thicken slightly, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3In another medium bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat cream cheese (4 ounces) until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip (8 ounces).
  4. 4Fold in the cream cheese (4 ounces) and Cool Whip mixture, chopped strawberries (2 cups), crushed pineapple (20 ounces), mini marshmallows (5 ounces).
  5. 5Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or better, overnight. Serve from bowl or place in individual dishes. Garnish, if desired, with extra marshmallow, chopped or sliced strawberries, and a maraschino cherry.
  6. 6Top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries and serve.
